Stepan Belorybkin provides a platform where users post listings and communicate. The service is not a party to transactions, seller, landlord, employer or payment intermediary.

Users must be at least 16, provide accurate information and keep their account secure. No one may impersonate another person.

I am at least 18, operate as a sole trader or am authorised to represent this business or organisation, and accept the Gecko Terms of Use.

Fraud, spam, threats, discrimination, sexual services, illegal rentals, counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products and any other goods or services prohibited by Spanish law or app-store rules are forbidden.

Listing translation is a standard Gecko feature and does not need to be enabled separately. Private message translation is enabled separately in chat or settings.

Public listing translations are created when first requested in the selected language and saved in Gecko. They are refreshed after text changes. Translations may contain errors; the original is always available. If the service is unavailable, the original is shown.

Users confirm they have the right to publish text and photos and are responsible for listing content and the legality of the proposed transaction.

Check documents, the condition of the item or property and the terms. Do not send advance payments to strangers without verification. Report suspicious content using “Report”.

We may hide or remove listings, restrict features or block accounts for rule violations, safety risks or legal requests. Users may block other members.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee the quality, legality or actual availability of user offers and are not liable for arrangements or payments between users to the extent permitted by law.

Users may stop using the service and delete their account in settings. Continued use after terms are updated means acceptance of the current version.
